Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of a Waste Management System on site (launch, awareness, and monitoring)
  • Distribute the LFL Ecological Magazine and participate in the preparation of the next edition
  • Verify the cleanliness of the site as well as the compliance to the action plan already in place
  • Participate in the exercise of finding solutions and ideas to improve or reduce our impact on the Environment
  • Ensure the monitoring and improvement of Waste sorting on site
  • Collect the necessary data for the Carbon Footprint
  • Any other Sustainability-related duties



  • Holder of (or currently enrolled in) a Diploma/Degree in Sustainable Development, in Management or any other equivalent qualification
  • Computer Literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Professional experience or internship in an Agri-food or Industrial environment will be an advantage
  • Experience in project management would be a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a high sense of integrity
  • Fluent in French, English and Creole
  • Well organised, disciplined, rigorous and detail conscious
  • Reliable, with a Team spirit and a ‘Can Do’ attitude
