HR & PAYROLL ASSISTANT

LFL is recruiting HR & PAYROLL ASSISTANT

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform Time & Attendance management and Payroll administration processes – coordination, consolidation, preliminary analysis, and distribution of payslips
  • Prepare monthly statistics and reports on Manpower and Leaves
  • Perform admin tasks such as creation of Personal File, Filing, Correspondences and Contracts, HRDC Refund, and any other HR admin
  • Respond effectively to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the ordering of employees’ uniforms Accountable for Medical Insurance and Pension administration, and all related administrative duties
  • Participate actively in the execution of HR Projects, policies, and procedures

 

Qualification and Profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar post is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Mauritian Labor laws and industrial relations
  • Computer literate – MS Office, Time & Attendance and Payroll Software
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) in French & English
  • Detail-conscious with an analytical mind, organized and able to work autonomously
  • Customer-centric, Result-focused and with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
  • Extrovert with an outgoing and pleasant personality
