HR & PAYROLL ASSISTANT
LFL is recruiting HR & PAYROLL ASSISTANTMain Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform Time & Attendance management and Payroll administration processes – coordination, consolidation, preliminary analysis, and distribution of payslips
- Prepare monthly statistics and reports on Manpower and Leaves
- Perform admin tasks such as creation of Personal File, Filing, Correspondences and Contracts, HRDC Refund, and any other HR admin
- Respond effectively to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the ordering of employees’ uniforms Accountable for Medical Insurance and Pension administration, and all related administrative duties
- Participate actively in the execution of HR Projects, policies, and procedures
Qualification and Profile
- Degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent
- Experience in a similar post is an advantage
- Knowledge of Mauritian Labor laws and industrial relations
- Computer literate – MS Office, Time & Attendance and Payroll Software
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) in French & English
- Detail-conscious with an analytical mind, organized and able to work autonomously
- Customer-centric, Result-focused and with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Extrovert with an outgoing and pleasant personality
