LFL has diversified its activities to offer some 150 different feeds through the setting up of specialised sites:
- LFL Pailles (Mauritius) is the backbone of the LFL group. With over 30 years of experience in the feed industry, it has a high-performance automated livestock production plant, with dedicated diversified lines for poultry, ruminant and horse feed amongst others. LFL Pailles supplies 110,000 MT of complete and/or concentrate feed to the local and regional market
- LFL Aqua & Extrusion Division, Riche-Terre
(Mauritius) is a largely export-oriented business unit dedicated to the production of Aquaculture feeds (Shrimp and fish) and pet feeds. This investment depicts LFL’s pursuit of excellence, innovation and quality leadership in promising industries like Aquaculture
- LFL Madagascar, with two delocalised plants in Andakana and Diego Suarez, plays a strategic role in Madagascar. It provides livestock feed as a proximity supplier.
LFL also acquired Agrobulk Ltd in 1999 to secure its
clearing and storage of raw materials. This company handles more than 150,000 MT of bulk commodities annually.
